If you are coming by car the road inside the hotel is little narrow. The room is ok considering the price. I didn't ask for much service so I didn't comment on that.

Had a wonderful stay at Pondy Stay! The location is fantastic—just 10 minutes away from the peaceful Eden Beach, making it super convenient for morning and evening strolls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Suman, the staff member who took great care of us. His polite demeanor and prompt service truly made our stay memorable. Excellent hospitality overall. Highly recommended

A heartfelt thank you to Suman and Guna for making our Pondy stay so comfortable! Although we arrived three hours early, they respectfully followed their check-in policy while going above and beyond to safely store and secure all our luggage so we could head out worry-free.
They even helped us instantly arrange bike rentals right on the spot, allowing us to start exploring without wasting a single minute. True to their professional standards, both our check-in and check-out processes were wonderfully smooth, transparent, and completely hassle-free. Thank you both for your kindness, honesty, and wonderful hospitality!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. The property offers excellent value for money and was definitely worth the price.

What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality. Every staff member was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Suman, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His care and dedication made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated close to most of Pondicherry's popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without spending much time commuting.

We're really glad we chose to stay at Pondy Stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, safe and budget-friendly stay with exceptional service.
